1. General
By purchasing from Eco-Craft Ltd t/a Eco-Craft Print, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our website. These terms comply with The Consumer Contract Regulations.

2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change and errors will not be honoured. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
3. Products & Artwork
Customers are responsible for checking artwork for errors before approval. We do not offer refunds for mistakes noticed after printing.
Accepted file formats: JPEG, AI, EPS, PDF. We do not accept Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files.
Colour variations may occur due to screen differences. Artwork should be supplied in CMYK format where possible.
4. Payment
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept payment by Credit or Debit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal through secure payments at Stripe.
5. Information on our site
We have taken every care to ensure that all information displayed on our website is accurate and that all goods have been fairly described.
Each product is sold subject to its product description. We have taken all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products shown on our website are correct. However all weights and dimensions are approximate only and may vary slightly from those shown. Therefore we advise you to check all orders before use, for any product variations between batches.
6. Delivery Information
Delivery to UK
Goods are sent by either DPD / FedEx (signature required) or smaller orders by Royal Mail 48 Signed for.
7. Deliveries to EU
Parcels via DPD / FedEx, small packets (Ireland Only) via Royal Mail airmail. We reserve the right to apply the correct level of carriage where it has been entered incorrectly.
8. Delivery Postcode
Carriers now work from your post code to manage deliveries. It is therefore very important to ensure that your invoice address (or alternative delivery address if different) is included in full with the correct post codes. This will help to enable swift and accurate delivery of your order.
9. Signature Required
Most deliveries now require a signature upon receipt of order. Many couriers are no longer prepared to leave deliveries without a signature, so for most orders it is not possible to put 'leave in shed / in greenhouse' etc. If there is no-one in to receive your order it should be re-attempted. Should no-one be in when a delivery is attempted again they should leave a card you will need to contact the carrier to arrange for re-delivery or to collect the item yourself from the depot (or your local Post Office for which a small collection / storage fee may be charged by Royal Mail). We can not accept any responsibility for any delay or cost this may entail. To avoid this we are happy for you to specify an alternative delivery address where you know that someone will be available during the day to sign for your parcel. (Work address, neighbour etc.)
10. Tracking Your Order
Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail or DPD / FedEx depending on size, weight and destination.

11. Incorrect Address Details
Sorry but we can not accept any responsibility for any delay or loss where an incorrect address or post code is given. Should your parcel go missing because the address is incorrect in any way we will do our best to track it down but no refund will be given unless / until the parcel is returned to us by the courier as non-deliverable. Carriers now charge for items returned due to an incorrect post code or uncollected after a card has been left.
Currently this charge is approx £15. We now pass these charges onto the original credit / debit card holder so please double check your address details are full and correct - especially if your browser has auto-filled any of your address for you, as this if often where errors occur.
12. Undeliverable Packages
When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges). We no longer re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order. A package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender.
13. Order Confirmation
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a dispatch notification / an invoice. We have included this term just in the case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
14. Packing
We dispatch orders in re-used, new and second hand cartons with largely recycled packaging materials from our supplier deliveries and from a number of other companies based in our Mill. Naturally much of the this packaging can be re-used, recycled or composted - please recycle it when possible (after all that's the raw material for your next order).
We do have one 'necessary evil' and that is the film we use to wrap palletised orders (we've not yet found a plastic free pallet wrap). This is used to avoid any water damage during transit. Obviously the clear bags we use for wrapping our products are our own bio-based film bags seconds which can be composted.
15. Product Tolerance / Colour Variations
Please note: Slight colour variations in paper and card stock can occur from time to time with recycled materials. This is more likely to be seen in our Hairy Manilla and eco-natural colours. They are both made from 100% post consumer waste and where possible no dye is used to colour them. Therefore the shade is largely dependant on what waste is available when the paper is being made. It can also show between different weights of papers as these will normally come from different makings and sometimes different mills. It is the proof that they are really recycled. Where dye is used to colour our card and papers it is made from non-toxic natural minerals and man made pigments. No animal derived pigments such as cochineal or harmful chemicals are used.
Please be aware that most of our products are made from natural products, so minor colour variations are inevitable between batches and due to the pigments used they cannot be guaranteed to be 100% light fast.
All sizes are approximate and can vary up to 2 mm in either dimension.

16. Returns
Custom printed items are made to order and are therefore not eligible for refunds or returns unless they arrive damaged or faulty. As each order is personalised to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for errors such as incorrect artwork, spelling mistakes, or sizing issues once printing has begun. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve all design proofs before production. Additionally, variations in colour, print alignment, and material texture may occur due to the nature of the printing process and are not considered defects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
