Please note: The times listed below refer to delivery only and begin after your order has been dispatched. They do not include the time needed to print or manufacture your items. Choosing an express delivery service will not speed up production.
Once an order has been dispatched from us, delivery for UK Mainland is normally 1-3 working days. Scottish Highlands, Northern Island and off shore destinations may take longer.
UK Delivery time is approx. 1 - 3 working days from dispatch.

Deliveries within the EU.
We are currently unable to send orders with a value less than £150 to the EU, this is because of the new IOSS VAT rules.
Now that the UK is no longer part of the EU deliveries to the EU are subject to the following changes:
Delivery is now subject to International trade contracts and incoterms - Incoterms (DPU) Delivered at Place Unloaded.
Carriage charges (shown below) cover delivery costs and UK customs paperwork. It does not include any import tariffs, fees, import taxes (inc. local VAT charges).
VAT at 20% is included in all the products on the eco-craft website, but as VAT is no longer charged on orders for delivery to the EU it will be deducted from your order at checkout. Any local VAT charges due at destination will be collected by the courier for payment in the destination country.
Delivery times will be much longer than before Brexit and we would suggest that you allow should for at least 2 weeks in case of customs delays.
Some countries also have additional import restrictions such as:
Spain: Bans the import of all paper and compostable film products.
France: Requires an EORI number and VAT number for commercial deliveries

Order Collection from Warehouse
When Available: UK customers will be able to collect an order from our warehouse based in Lancashire.
By special arrangement you can place your order online as normal and select 'collection from warehouse' as the delivery option. This removes the carriage charge and when the order is ready to collect, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.
Please note, we are not a shop and can only offer collection for online orders.

Delivery Information
Delivery to UK
Goods are sent by either DPD / FedEx (signature required) or smaller orders by Royal Mail 48 Signed for.
Deliveries to EU
Parcels via DPD / FedEx, small packets (Ireland Only) via Royal Mail airmail. We reserve the right to apply the correct level of carriage where it has been entered incorrectly.
Delivery Postcode
Carriers now work from your post code to manage deliveries. It is therefore very important to ensure that your invoice address (or alternative delivery address if different) is included in full with the correct post codes. This will help to enable swift and accurate delivery of your order.
Signature Required
Most deliveries now require a signature upon receipt of order. Many couriers are no longer prepared to leave deliveries without a signature, so for most orders it is not possible to put 'leave in shed / in greenhouse' etc. If there is no-one in to receive your order it should be re-attempted. Should no-one be in when a delivery is attempted again they should leave a card you will need to contact the carrier to arrange for re-delivery or to collect the item yourself from the depot (or your local Post Office for which a small collection / storage fee may be charged by Royal Mail). We can not accept any responsibility for any delay or cost this may entail. To avoid this we are happy for you to specify an alternative delivery address where you know that someone will be available during the day to sign for your parcel. (Work address, neighbour etc.)
Tracking Your Order
Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail or DPD / FedEx depending on size, weight and destination.
Order tracking is available online for my account registered customers, once you have received your order despatch confirmation email. Click my account to view your recent orders.
Incorrect Address Details
Sorry but we can not accept any responsibility for any delay or loss where an incorrect address or post code is given. Should your parcel go missing because the address is incorrect in any way we will do our best to track it down but no refund will be given unless / until the parcel is returned to us by the courier as non-deliverable. Carriers now charge for items returned due to an incorrect post code or uncollected after a card has been left.
Currently this charge is approx £15. We now pass these charges onto the original credit / debit card holder so please double check your address details are full and correct - especially if your browser has auto-filled any of your address for you, as this if often where errors occur.
Undeliverable Packages
When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges). We no longer re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order. A package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender.
Order Confirmation
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a dispatch notification / an invoice. We have included this term just in the case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Packing
We dispatch orders in re-used, new and second hand cartons with largely recycled packaging materials from our supplier deliveries and from a number of other companies based in our Mill. Naturally much of the this packaging can be re-used, recycled or composted - please recycle it when possible (after all that's the raw material for your next order).
We do have one 'necessary evil' and that is the film we use to wrap palletised orders (we've not yet found a plastic free pallet wrap). This is used to avoid any water damage during transit. Obviously the clear bags we use for wrapping our products are our own bio-based film bags seconds which can be composted.
