Yes, we will send you a digital proof of your design - if you are unhappy you can make amendments and changes and resubmit new artwork. Once the proof is approved, no further changes can be made. We would recommend having your artwork finalised before ordering.

If you’re only adding a logo to the centre of your box, we’ll handle the placement for you - just upload a high-resolution logo. If you want a full custom design, download our templates from the product page.

We recommend providing a high-resolution version to ensure the best print quality. If you are unsure about the quality of your artwork, please contact us before placing an order.

Can you print white ink?
No, we don’t print white ink. Any white areas in your design will remain unprinted. For example, if printed on Hairy Manilla, any white areas on the design will show as brown (the colour of the paper.)
What colours print best on Hairy Manilla paper?

Darker and muted tones work best. Black provides the strongest contrast, while pale colours like yellow and light pastels may not show up well.

We don’t recommend it. Simple line graphics or bold designs in 1-3 colours will look best.

Production times vary depending on the order size and complexity, as well as our production capacity during peak periods. Lead times are displayed on the announcement bar at the top of the page, if you need a more accurate timeframe, please get in touch before ordering.

Yes, we ship outside of the UK to select EU and European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location - this is calculated at the checkout.
Due to IOSS, there is a minimum order of £150.
Shipments outside the UK are sold on a DAP basis (Delivered at Place.) This means we will charge you 0% tax, you will be liable to pay your local taxes when the items arrive in your country. DPD (the courier we use) will contact you for payment of taxes. They also include a processing fee of around 10 EURO. Please factor these costs in before placing your order.

Unfortunately no - because our items are custom-made, they are exempt from our standard returns policy unless they are faulty or incorrect.

If the error was on our end, please get in touch so we are able to rectify the issue. This will be done on a case-by-case basis using our discretion. If the mistake is with the artwork or is in the proof you approved, we will not offer a refund or re-print - please check proofs and artwork carefully before signing them off.

You can cancel your order up until you have approved your artwork proof. Once the proof is signed off and your order is in production, cancellations are not possible.
