Shipping to the EU / Europe
Shipments outside the UK are sold on a DAP basis (Delivered at Place.) This means we will charge you 0% tax, you will be liable to pay your local taxes when the items arrive in your country. DPD (the courier we use) will contact you for payment of taxes. They also include a processing fee of around 10 EURO. Please factor these costs in before placing your order.
We need an EORI number and a VAT number if the business has one - please enter this in the 'Add VAT/EORI Number' field on the cart page.
This is not needed for residential addresses, however there must be no business name on the address.

ARTWORK RESOLUTION
If there are any issues with the quality/resolution of your artwork, we will let you know. However, amending artwork will cause delays, so please make sure you are uploading good quality artwork to avoid blurry and pixellated designs.

PROOF-READING
We always send a digital proof to approve before we proceed with printing - however we do not check the artwork itself for spelling/grammar errors. If you have barcodes/QR codes as part of your design, please ensure these scan before ordering.
